B3 Systems is a field
services company with a staff of technicians who are available to
provide a range of field services from installation to regular
maintenance and troubleshooting. Our
experts are available at our
Raleigh, NC office to provide service on hardware and to answer your
application questions. On-line technical support and additional
resources are available at the B3 Systems web site (www.b3systems.com) under Support.
Commissioning/Startup.
As an option, PCME will send a technician to your facility to
commission the PCME monitoring system. We will establish the
proper instrument sensitivity, scaling, and alarm points. We will
also ensure that the PCME devices are communicating with external
devices (PLCs, PCs, modems, etc.). While on-site we will conduct
a training program for your employees covering the sensor operation,
data reporting, and regulatory issues.
Process
Integration and Data Systems. B3
Systems has a staff of industrial communications experts and PLC
programmers that have experience with integrating PCME products into
various PLC and plant DCS networks. We can offer a wide range of
choices for communication from simple analog or RS232 to Modbus or
Ethernet. We can integrate information from your baghouse control
system or provide a PLC to upgrade your baghouse cleaning controls. We
also offer a data acquisition system that provides reporting using MS
Access®.
Baghouse
Cleaning Control Integration.
For pulse-jet cleaning systems, B3 Systems offers a range of services
to integrate PCME sensors and give you better control of your baghouse.
Service
Contracts for MACT Compliance. Our
integration services allow us to get secure, remote access to PCME
sensor data, configuration parameters, and diagnostics. This allows us
to evaluate the operation of your baghouse monitoring system and to
conduct periodic setup procedures required by MACT.
Repairs. Sometimes
products can become damaged in harsh plant environments. We maintain a
service center here in the US with factory-trained personnel and a
stock of replacement parts.
